Today you'll make a delicious pink smoothie , packed with vitamins and minerals for your skin , hair , and nails . Suitable as a snack or with a meal , as this smoothie is relatively low in calories and sugar .
What do you need?
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
- 15 grams of oatmeal
- 7 grams (1 tablespoon) Collagen blend
- 80 grams of strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 100 ml of water
Preparation method
Step 1
Add the strawberries and half a banana to your blender.
Step 2
Add the Collagen Blend to this.
Step 3
Then add the Greek yogurt (or quark) and oatmeal to this mixture.
Step 4
Pour the water in.
Step 5
Just blend it!
Step 6
Pour the contents into a glass or something you like to drink from! We especially like to drink the smoothie from a smoothie glass. (See photo – available at Action).
