Natural Blend respects your privacy. We only process personal data that is necessary for our services and secure this data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (GDPR).

1. What data do we process?

• Contact and order details: name, address, email, phone number, ordered products, order number.
• Payment details: payment status, payment method (the actual payment details are processed by our payment provider).
• Account details (optional): login/email, order history.
• Communication: customer service messages, reviews.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser, cookie IDs, page views.

2. Why do we process this data? (legal basis)

• Ordering, paying, delivery & returns – performance of the agreement.
• Customer service & account – performance of the contract/legitimate interest.
• Newsletter/marketing – only with permission (opt-in; always possible to unsubscribe).
• Analysis, security, prevention of misuse – legitimate interest.
• Legal obligations – including tax retention obligations.

3. With whom do we share data?

• Shopping platform & hosting: Shopify (site, storage, security).
• Payment provider: Mollie (payment processing and fraud/risk assessment).
• Carrier(s): PostNL / [possibly: DHL, …] (delivery & Track&Trace).
• Email/newsletter: [Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Shopify Email] (only upon registration).
• Analytics/advertising (if active): Google Analytics, [Meta/Google Ads].
  Appropriate (processor) agreements have been made with all these parties. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention periods

• Order/invoice data: 7 years (legally required).
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or after [12/24] months of inactivity.
• Account/customer service: as long as needed for service, or until you request deletion.
• Cookies: see cookie overview below.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete , restrict, data portability and object .
Inquiries: info@naturalblend.nl (response within 30 days).
You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority .

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including encryption, access control, and logging). Access is limited to employees/processors who need it.

7. Payments (Mollie)

Payments are processed via Mollie . Mollie processes the necessary payment data. See Mollie's privacy policy for details. We do not receive complete card details.

8. Shipping

For delivery, we share your name, address, and email with our carrier(s) to deliver your order and send a Track & Trace.

9. Newsletter

We only send emails about news and offers with your permission . You can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each email or via info@naturalblend.nl .

Our webshop is aimed at people aged 16 and over . If you are younger, please ask your parent/guardian for permission.
