Guarantee
We do our utmost to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, things can sometimes go wrong, such as transport damage or a manufacturing defect.
Please report this within 48 hours of receipt, so we can help you quickly. Legally, you have up to 2 months after discovering the problem to inform us.

Is the problem covered by the warranty? If so, we will take care of a replacement or refund free of charge.
👉 Please note: for hygienic reasons, opened food products cannot be returned, unless there is a demonstrable quality defect.
