We are Valerie and Jasmijn, two sisters with a shared passion for a healthy and conscious lifestyle . For years, we've been happily exploring a healthy lifestyle. In doing so, we discovered that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring or difficult . It can actually be incredibly delicious and fun ! ✨

We took matters into our own hands and created our own blends : carefully selected, 100% natural ingredients that not only taste delicious but also contribute to more energy , focus , and a pleasant balance .
