Today you'll enjoy a delicious, creamy anti-stress latte with a hint of cinnamon and chocolate – perfect for relaxing during these cold days.

Our Anti-stress blend is packed with vitamins and minerals for inner peace and relaxation . Ready in a few minutes and a real treat!

What do you need?

  • 150 ml of milk of your choice. Tip: use (unsweetened) almond milk or coconut milk (barista).
  • 7 grams (1 tablespoon) Anti-stress blend
  • Milk frother or manual milk whisk (order in our shop)
  • Light whipped cream (for the topping)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (for the finishing touch)

Preparation method

Step 1

Add the milk to your glass. (If you don't have a manual milk frother, you can also froth your milk with a milk frother. Skip steps 2, 3, and 4 and add the Anti-stress blend directly to your milk frother.)

Step 2

Heat the milk in the microwave until it's nice and warm.

Step 3

Grab your manual milk frother and froth the warm milk until you are satisfied with the texture.

Step 4

Next, add the Anti-stress blend to the frothed milk and stir well with a spoon. Then use your milk frother to blend it thoroughly.

Step 5

Next, add a small splash of boiling water to thin out the latte slightly (optional).

Step 6

Top your latte with a dollop of light whipped cream.

Step 7

Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for a festive finishing touch.
