Today you're making a delicious , healthy chocolate milkshake ! This shake also contains a lot of protein thanks to the black beans . You'll be amazed at how delicious the black beans make this shake! The addition of our Anti-stress blend really makes it a chocolate milkshake .

Suitable as a snack or with your meal , because this shake contains relatively few calories and sugars .

Anti-stress blend - Natural Blend

What do you need?

  • 60 grams of black beans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 7 grams (1 tablespoon) Anti-stress blend
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 50 ml of water

Toppings (optional):

  • Coconut flakes

Preparation method

Step 1

Add the black beans and banana to your blender.

Step 2

Add the Anti-stress Blend to this.

Step 3

Then add the almond milk (or milk of your choice) to this mixture.

Step 4

Pour the water over it.

Step 5

Just blend it!

Step 6
