Today you'll enjoy a warm oatmeal breakfast with the delicious taste of cinnamon and chocolate .

Do you love eating oatmeal but hate getting up early? Then this breakfast is the solution ! You can prepare it the night before and enjoy it the next morning .

Anti-stress blend - Natural Blend

What do you need?

  • 35 grams of oatmeal
  • 1/2 banana
  • 20 grams of dates
  • 200 ml oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 5 grams (1.5 teaspoons) Anti-stress blend

Toppings:

  • Grated coconut (optional)

Preparation method

Step 1

Add the oatmeal and milk to your pan. Stir the mixture until it thickens somewhat.

Step 2

Add 5 grams of the Anti-stress blend . Then stir well.

Step 3

Slice the banana and add it.

Step 4

Cut the dates into small pieces and add them to this.

Step 5

Stir well and let it simmer for a little while longer.

Step 6

Scoop the contents into a bowl and, if desired, add some slices of banana and coconut flakes as a topping.

Tip

If you prepared the oatmeal the night before, you can heat it up in the microwave for a few minutes the next morning. It's best when it's warm!
