Today you'll make a colorful yogurt bowl with the Anti-stress blend ! This blend has a delicious cinnamon chocolate flavor that makes the bowl even tastier . This recipe is easy to make and ideal for breakfast or lunch .

Anti-stress blend - Natural Blend

What do you need?

  • 300 grams of Greek yogurt or low-fat quark
  • 1 tablespoon (7 grams) Anti-stress blend
  • Agave syrup or honey

Toppings:

  • 20 grams of whole grain muesli
  • Fruit of your choice

Preparation method

Step 1

Add the quark or yogurt to a bowl. Add the anti-stress blend to it. Mix everything together.

Step 2

Add a little agave syrup or honey to this. Mix it together.

Step 3

Add the fruit and muesli as a topping. We think banana, strawberries, raspberries and kiwi are delicious with this!
