Today you'll enjoy a warm , colorful breakfast with the delicious taste of raspberry and banana .

Do you love eating oatmeal but hate getting up early? Then this breakfast is the solution ! You can prepare it in the evening and enjoy it the next morning .

Collageen blend - Natural Blend

What do you need?

  • 35 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 small banana
  • 40 grams (frozen) raspberries
  • 200 ml oat milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 10 grams of raisins
  • 7 grams (1 tablespoon) Collagen blend
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon

Preparation method

Step 1

Add the oatmeal and milk to your pan. Stir the mixture until it thickens somewhat.

Step 2

Add 1 tablespoon (7 grams) of Collagen blend . Then stir well.

Step 3

Slice the banana and add it.

Step 4

Add the raspberries. (We recommend frozen raspberries.)

Step 5

Stir well and let it simmer for a little while longer.

Step 6

Scoop the contents into a bowl and, if desired, add some banana or coconut flakes.

Tip

If you've prepared the oatmeal the night before, you can heat it up in the microwave for a few minutes the next morning. It's best when it's warm.
